When you have a property built, it will only be handed over after this cleaning is completed. This includes cleaning the entire building — not only all sanitary facilities, but also doors, moldings, sockets, and light switches.

As a result, you receive a move-in-ready property free from construction residues or dirt.

Before moving in your furniture, you may need to wipe down dust again, but all major dirt will have already been removed during the construction cleaning.
