We provide a free real estate valuation service.

Only after you complete the form and click “View Results” will the data be transmitted to Ausbauwerk GmbH.

  • Property data (type, location, size, year of construction, condition, purpose of use, reason for sale, etc.)

  • Name, email address, and phone number

We may contact you by phone to clarify information and will only share your data with partners after your explicit consent (verbally or by email).

c) Sending Valuation Results via Email

The valuation results (as an estimate) are displayed on the thank-you page and additionally sent by email (in PDF or text format).
We use your name and email address to send this information and may send future updates on your property’s value.

d) Contact by Telephone

After submitting a valuation report, we may call you (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays) to:

  • Clarify questions about the valuation result

  • Present brokerage or promotional offers

  • Check whether you have received all three partner offers

i) Responding to Inquiries and User Communication

Such requests may be stored in our CRM system.

7. Data Retention and Deletion at Ausbauwerk GmbH

Personal data processed by Interlead GmbH is stored in accordance with legal requirements and only for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose.

Specifically:

Data is retained only as long as required to fulfill contractual purposes (e.g. providing, comparing, or brokering services).
Such data, which is essential for regular business communication and service processing, is stored for up to 6 months after the last contact.

If personal data is processed based on Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), the data will be deleted as soon as the user exercises their right to object under Article 21 (2) GDPR.

Furthermore, data may be retained for longer periods if required by statutory retention obligations pursuant to Article 6 (1)(c) GDPR, specifically:

  • 10 years according to §§147 (1) AO and §§257 (1) Nos. 1, 4, (4) HGB
